The NO-DIET Weekend Intensive
A NO-DIET APPROACH TO REPAIRING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND YOUR

This experiential workshop is is held in a serene, natural setting. It
is a safe, supportive opportunity to experience the truth that you
innately know what, when, and how much to eat.
* You will experience how to eat with ease by honoring your body’s cues
of hunger and satiety.
* You will learn mindful eating
* You will learn to differentiate between nutritional and emotional
hungers and to investigate and address what drives your relationship
with food.

A SELF-LED APPROACH TO REPAIRING
ONE’S RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND BODY
For therapists, nutritionists and health professionals. Enhance your
work with individuals who suffer from emotional eating.
Self-regulated eating is eating with Calmness, Clarity, Confidence,
Curiosity, Courage, a sense of Connectedness, Creativity and Compassion.
Can you imagine that?
This experiential workshop, is an opportunity to internalize the
essentials of a healthy relationship with food and body, and learn to
guide others in the process.
* You will experience a cellular understanding that the body is
Self-regulating.
* You will learn to differentiate nutritional from emotional hungers.
* Using the Internal Family systems approach, we will practice working
with "resistance" to eating when hungry, eating what one is hungry for,
and stopping at satiety. We will use the model to witness and release
"diet" managers and firefighters from their extreme roles.

Supporting your children in a no-diet approach to healthful eating. This
workshop for parents supports feeding children without fear, conflicts
and the need to control. Topics include problematic parental attitudes
about food.

Come hungry bringing what you are humming to eat. After check in, we
will eat mindfully together and process our experience.
CRACKING THE CODE OF EMOTIONAL EATING
This group is for people who have attended basic workshops.
Using the gentle and respectful process of Internal Family Systems
Therapy you will gain insight into your emotional eating patterns.
